Rules and policy content can be versioned by the authorised operator. The deployed business must publish its complete legal identity and official contact details before commercial launch.
1. Operator, acceptance and eligibility
Arcane Nexus is operated under the supervision of Relconn. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Game Rules and Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to agree or have valid parent or guardian permission where required. The deployed operator must publish its complete legal identity and contact details before commercial launch.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, keep credentials and one-time codes private, use only accounts you are authorised to access and promptly report suspected compromise. One person may not use multiple accounts to manipulate rewards, matchmaking, ratings, reviews or moderation. You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.
3. Service licence and Game Rules
The operator grants a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for supported purposes while these Terms are followed. The server-authoritative Game Rules govern match legality and results. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with or bypass protected service components except where law expressly permits.
4. Fair play and prohibited conduct
Do not use bots, automation, exploits, collusion, intentional disconnects, packet manipulation, reward farming, scraping that harms the service, malware, impersonation, harassment or attempts to access another user's data. Do not use the service for unlawful activity. Confirmed abuse may lead to result or reward correction, content restrictions, suspension or termination.
5. User-created content and licence
You retain ownership of original content you create. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, technically adapt, moderate, display and distribute it only to operate, secure and promote the service. The licence ends after deletion except for reasonable backups, integrity records and material already lawfully shared.
- Submit only content you own or are authorised to use.
- Illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, deceptive, malicious, privacy-invasive and rights-infringing content is prohibited.
- Moderation approval is not a legal clearance of third-party rights.
6. Payments, credits, VIP and advertising
Payments remain unavailable unless the Wallet explicitly shows an enabled, configured seller and exact terms. When PromptPay top-up is enabled, credits are delivered only after the slip, amount, recipient, time and unique reference pass verification. Credits, VIP, ratings and virtual entitlements are limited service features, not money, deposits, gambling instruments or withdrawable property. They may not be sold or transferred outside supported features. VIP and paid cosmetics provide no authoritative gameplay, matchmaking or Ranked power. VIP may suppress Google ads while labelled Sponsor content remains.
7. Third-party services
Optional sign-in, anti-abuse, email, video, payment, advertising, hosting and storage features may depend on third-party providers and their terms. The operator does not control provider availability or independent processing. Do not send credentials through external support or sponsor links, and review a third party's terms before using it.
8. Moderation, suspension and appeals
Content or accounts may be reviewed, held, removed, restricted or suspended to enforce these Terms, protect users or secure the service. Urgent action may occur without advance notice. Confirmed decisions and material Admin actions are audited. A reason and appeal route may be provided where appropriate, while information that would expose safety controls or another person's data may remain confidential.
9. Availability, updates and termination
Features, balance, rulesets, seasons, prices and supported devices may change. Active matches pin their version; later queues may use a newer version. Maintenance, incidents or provider outages can interrupt service. You may stop using the service; account deletion remains subject to the Privacy Policy and lawful retention. The operator may end or migrate the service with reasonable notice where practical.
10. Disclaimers, liability, changes and disputes
The service is provided as available. Nothing excludes liability, statutory guarantees or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Material Terms changes update the effective date and may require notice or renewed acceptance. Raise concerns through official support first; unresolved matters remain subject to applicable law and competent authorities. The deployed operator must obtain qualified legal review for its actual entity and jurisdictions.
