Rules and policy content can be versioned by the authorised operator. The deployed business must publish its complete legal identity and official contact details before commercial launch.
1. Scope and payment availability
Arcane Nexus is operated under the supervision of Relconn. This policy applies only when the deployed operator has enabled the Wallet and published its seller identity, recipient, credit rate, limits and support channel. If the Wallet says payments are disabled, do not transfer money to any displayed or historic account.
2. Verification and delivery
A PromptPay QR is generated for one exact amount and expires with its payment intent. Uploading a slip does not guarantee approval. Credits are added once only after SlipOK confirms the amount, configured recipient, transaction time and unique reference. Rejected, expired, mismatched, edited, duplicate or unverified slips do not change the balance. Keep the payment intent ID and original bank evidence until the wallet shows completion.
3. Cases eligible for review
A verified duplicate transfer, confirmed failure to deliver credits, promptly reported unauthorised transfer, incorrect amount caused by a service error or materially defective paid feature may qualify for review under applicable law. A change of mind or an accidental purchase normally does not qualify after credits or an entitlement have been used, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. How to request a review
Use the official support channel published in the deployed service and provide the account email, payment intent ID, transfer date and time, exact amount and original slip. Report suspected unauthorised activity promptly and also contact the bank where appropriate. Never send a password, one-time code or full identity document unless a lawful, necessary and secure verification process specifically requests it.
5. Review, decision and refund method
The operator may verify the bank transaction, wallet ledger, account ownership and use of delivered credits. The request remains pending until sufficient evidence is available. Approved refunds are returned through a lawful method to the verified payer or originating account where practical and are not redirected to an unrelated account. Bank or provider processing time is outside the operator's direct control. The deployed operator must publish its realistic response target and any statutory timeline that applies.
6. Credits, VIP and corrections
Delivered credits and virtual entitlements have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or externally transferred and normally are not refundable after use, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Incorrect, duplicate or fraudulent grants may be frozen or corrected with an audit record. If a refund is approved after related credits were delivered, unused related credits may be reversed. Paid features never provide combat or Ranked power.
7. Chargebacks, abuse and statutory rights
Do not reuse, edit or submit another person's slip, reverse a transfer after consuming credits or make a false claim. The operator may freeze disputed credits, preserve evidence and restrict an account while a payment dispute or fraud review is open, without limiting a lawful appeal. Contact support before initiating a chargeback when safe and practical so duplicate recovery can be avoided. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer or payment rights; mandatory law controls if it conflicts with this policy.
English is the default service text. If a translation differs in meaning, the English text controls, without reducing mandatory rights under applicable law.
